SOLICITATION LETTER above to get the letter that must be filled out and turned in with all donations. Please try to collect money as soon as possible after getting the commitment but if needed we can invoice the donor. All the information must be completed on the form or the money will not be counted until it is complete. Please call Marka Stephens (806) 680-3055 with further questions.
